Scott has over 20 years of technical, management, and business development experience in computer and broadband networking, telecom, and has an extensive background in Wi-Fi network engineering, planning, and deployment specifically as it relates to high-density and hospitality environments. He has successfully founded and operated several businesses and has served on multiple Boards of Directors throughout his career. Previously, Scott was employed by Single Digits, Inc., a leader in guest internet access solutions and software for the hospitality industry as Vice President of Brand Management and Corporate Accounts. Prior to his promotion to this role, Scott was the Vice President of Field Operations.
Prior to joining Single Digits, Scott was a co-founder and Vice President of Operations of Ze-Net Technologies, Inc. for 16 years, and was responsible for the design and development of the Local Area Network infrastructure used to support Ze-Net’s voice, data, and video (“triple play”) solutions as well as managing the installation, service, and support operations of that organization. Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of North Texas and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification at Southern Methodist University SEAS. He holds certifications on Phonesuite’s Voiceware Express platform, multiple Mitel Communications Platforms as well as Ruckus WiSE Certifications and remains active at UNT as an advisor at the G. Brint Ryan College of Business.
